02What data we process
Contact form: name, email, project type, budget estimate (optional), message, and your privacy consent. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards it to our email inbox. If you attach a sketch from the sketch builder, a text summary of it is added to your message.
Emails you send us: mail to fnr.dev addresses is forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing.
Project records: if we work together, we keep your name, contact details, project details and quotes in our own records.
Hosting logs: the site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no profiles. We only see totals such as page views, referring sites, browser and device type, and country.
No profiling, no sale of data, no advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own site, so browsing it does not contact Google or other font services.
03Purposes & legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Handling your inquiry - Art. 6(1)(b) pre-contractual steps / Art. 6(1)(a) consent (checkbox on form)
- Project administration - Art. 6(1)(b) contract performance where a project proceeds; Art. 6(1)(c) legal obligations such as accounting
- Hosting, security & abuse prevention - Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in a working, safe website
- Anonymous visitor statistics - Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in knowing which pages are useful
04Retention
- Inquiries not pursued: deleted on request or after 24 months of inactivity unless legal retention applies
- Active / completed projects: retained as required for accounting and contractual obligations (typically up to 10 years for tax-related records where applicable under Luxembourg law)
- Hosting logs: kept by Cloudflare only as long as needed for delivery and security
- Visitor statistics: aggregated figures only, with no link to you
05Recipients & processors
We do not sell data to third parties. These providers process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. - hosting, content delivery, email forwarding and web analytics (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)
- Web3Forms - delivering the contact form to our email (Web3Forms Privacy Policy)
- Our email provider, where your messages are stored
- Payment provider (e.g. Stripe) only when you use a deposit link we send you
Transfers outside the EU/EEA: only where providers use appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses).
06Cookies & storage
We do not set cookies. The sketch builder keeps your sketch in your own browser's storage. Details in our Cookie Policy.
